Safety Guidelines
• Always maintain campfire safety — never leave fires unattended
• Observe all posted speed limits on community roads (15 MPH)
• ATVs/UTVs must be registered with the association
• Wear life jackets when on Homestead Lake
• Report any suspicious activity to the board or sheriff
• Keep pets leashed in common areas
• Follow all posted fire ban notices
