Wildwood Acres Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(7) non-profit social club established for the mutual benefit and enjoyment of its members. Our community encompasses approximately 1,200 acres of Iowa countryside, including campgrounds, a community lake, recreational facilities, and private lots.
• Owner Assessment: $350/lot/year
• Campsite Fee: $475/site/year
• RV Fee: $20/year
• Guest Camping (Camper/RV): $20/night
• Guest Camping (Tent): $10/night

Wildwood Acres has several campground areas with permanent campsites and guest camping areas. Permanent campsites are linked to lots and require a campsite contract. Guest camping is available to members in good standing through the online booking system.
