Why Buy a Lot?

Build a Home

Wildwood Acres offers home building sites. Be aware of covenants, the Architectural Review Committee, 1,000 sq ft minimum, and county septic approval. Check on electrical power and road access — not all lots currently have these amenities.

Enjoy Camping

Excellent campsites along the Maquoketa River for members who pay camping fees. Members don't own a campsite but have the privilege of using the same site year after year.

Enjoy the Amenities

Members and their relatives and friends may use any amenities as long as the member is present. Guests must obey all rules and are the member's responsibility.

Investment for the Future

Purchase price varies depending on location and source of purchase.

How to Buy

Lots can be purchased from the Association or from individual members. See our Properties for Sale page for current listings.
